- Saunf ( fennel seed) 5g
- Methi Seed ( Fenugreek) 5g
- Gud ( jaggery) 5g
Preparation
- Add all the ingredients—Saunf (fennel seeds), Methi (fenugreek seeds), and Gud (jaggery)—into a pot with water. Heat it on a very low flame and allow it to simmer gently for some time so that the herbal extracts blend well into the water.
- Once the liquid reduces slightly and reaches a mild decoction-like consistency, strain it and pour into a cup. Drink it warm.
- If needed, jaggery can be replaced with sugar as a sweetener, depending on preference.
