- Take 5 G of Mulethi ( Licorice root)
- Take G of saunf ( fennel seed)
preparation method
- Crush both Mulethi and Saunf gently using a mortar and pestle.
- Add the crushed ingredients to 500 ml of water.
- Allow the mixture to soak for 6 hours.
- After soaking, heat the mixture on low flame until the water reduces to half (approximately 250 ml).
